After a busy holiday season, we are excited to be back on the blog to share more beautiful weddings this week. First up is Jenny and Tom’s wedding – Round 2. Having to postpone their big 2020 wedding, Jenny and Tom chose to marry in a small backyard ceremony last fall. Surrounded by less than 20 guests, these two couldn’t wait to be joined together as husband and wife – so a small 2020 wedding would have to suffice.
Fast-forward to October of this year when Jenny and Tom were finally able to participate in the church ceremony they had dreamed of and a big reception celebration as well.
Jenny’s gown was an elegantly laced Jenny Yoo. As she walked down the long church aisle toward her husband, Tom’s smile stretched ear to ear. Not only were they celebrating their first complete year of marriage, they were also celebrating that very special moment they had both looked forward to sharing with friends and family.
It’s a rare occurrence to be able to shoot two weddings for the same couple, but it was such a joy to see the Jenny’s and Tom’s families and bridal party again. The day was flawless and the weather held the last bit of warmth the fall still had to offer.
As we have previously shared – we enjoy seeing the energy and good vibes a live band has to offer at a reception and the Blue Water Kings band did not disappoint. One of the reasons these two chose to postpone the reception – they wanted to be able to dance the night away in celebration. That vision came true as everyone poured onto the dance floor all evening.
As we share a few favorites from our day, congrats to one year down and many many more to come.
A special thanks to all the vendors who made Jenny & Tom’s day beautiful.
