Based in the suburbs of Chicago, we are a husband and wife photography team specializing in fine art wedding photography.
Jessica and Spencer are getting married tomorrow and we were really looking forward to creating this recipe for them because they really enjoy pizza and it’s also one of our favorites after shooting a wedding. Jessica and Spencer met a few years ago and their love of good pizza has been a staple in their relationship. This makes sense when you fall in love in THE pizza capital of the world (Chicago, right?). This is our take on a quick and easy dish that is cinch to make with a premade pizza crust and a rotisserie chicken. Check out our late-night BBQ pizza snack paired with my personal favorite, a Moscow Mule. We hope you enjoy our little late-night easy recipe.

Easy weeknight pizza bite recipe. Purchase pre-made pizza dough and rotisserie chicken to shred. Roll pizza dough onto floured surface. Use cookie cutter to cut into shapes. We used squares. Place bbq sauce on bottom layer of crust. Add cheddar, chicken, red onion, pepper, mozzarella, bacon. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Garnish with chopped green onion.
