The weather was absolutely perfect for an evening engagement session – warm sunshine, a beautiful sunset, and a very sweet people completely in love with one another. Looking for some settings in nature, we began Christina and Chris’s engagement session at one of my favorite locations, Fabyan Forest Preserve. Having a perfect mix of tall prairie grasses, a beautiful ivy archway, and an old wrought iron gate, we decided that this was the perfect place to start. Christina and Chris were just as sweet in person as they were when we chatted over the phone about their upcoming 2019 wedding. Many of the wedding plans were beginning to come together as we walked and talked about their upcoming day. I learned that they enjoy talking about their dog, Theo, and their love of margaritas.
Next, we enjoyed exploring downtown Geneva and finding fun, tucked away gems, to capture even more romantic shots. I am looking forward to capturing more of your love on your upcoming May wedding day.
